There are different forms of ownership of enterprises and below I've listed the very basic ways. Read them all and know what forms of business ownership that really suits you if you are planning to launch a business. Although forms of business owners differ from the authorities, there are several familiar forms, such as:

· Sole - A type of business that is owned by one person. The owner may operate the business or you can hire someone or group of people to work for him.

· Association - A type of business that consists of two or more persons in the transaction with the same goal of creating a profit. There are three forms or classifications of the Business Association and include partnerships, limited partnerships, limited liability companies.

· Corporation - Property of multiple shareholders and is overseen by the board of directors who employ directors of the company.

Cooperate - Frequently recognized as a business co-op or "cooperative". This business is classified as consumer cooperatives or worker cooperatives. Cooperatives are very essential to the principles of democracy, economic or socio-economic philosophy .
